Please help or just reply with any ideas of where to look!
I have a exchange server 2k with SP3 and the clients are using outlook 2000
and XP, but they are all experiencing the same issue.
In the inbox upon connection there will be say 365 emails and 245 unread,
but within minutes this drops to 136 emails and 115 unread. I can reproduce
this on any client machine and have notice that if you sort by recieved date
it displays about a weeks emails but if you sort by sender then everything
from about M is no longer displayed.
Also when they connect to the server only 3-6 folders under the favorites
update
and show the number of unread messages, were as when they use outlook off
line the folders under favorites all have the correct information in
brackets after the name.
regards & thanks
