PLEASE HELP!!

I posted on May 17, and got some suggestions but none of
any help....When I send documents in Word2003 the receiver
is still unable to open the document and gets an error.
For example, one recipient said:

"I am not able to open nor print the document. Word gets
an error and offers several suggestions:
--Check "Permissions" for the file and or drive.
--Check that there is sufficient memory.
--Open with the Text Converter.
I'm not sure what that third option is, but I am positive
memory is not the problem. Suggestions?"

It is getting very annoying. I have tried saving my files
in older formats, to no avail...Can anyone help????

Are there any international characters in the filename of your document?

Did you "paste link" any figures or web pages into your document, or
otherwise reference external files?

Have you tried saving the document in .RTF (Rich Text Format) and then
sending it?
..RTF format can be read by just about any version of any word processor and
retains most of the document's formatting.
There is obviously another issue here, but this may be a workaround.
