Please Help!

I have Windows XP and Microsoft Word 2000. Everytime I try and save a
document in Word it shuts down on me!
Can someone please help me I am desperate!

Thank you - I also have Windows XP and Word 2000, this happens fairly
regularly to me and is a pain. I appreciate the help!
