Please HELP!

My boss has a document that he is trying to print. He has
Office 2000 on XP.

Here is the problem. in Print Layout view, the multi-page
document looks fine. In print preview and in hard copy,
the last 3 inches of the page are blank. We figured it
was some obscure problem with the document. I took over
the document. I have Office 2000 on Windows 98. When I
open the document, it views fine in all views and prints
fine for me as well. ( bottom 3 inches of page are not
missing.)

Can anyone please explain this!
