I want to make a database.

Point #1:
I have Microsoft Access installed on my computer.

Point #2:
I can go to the Internet Explorer.

Point #3:
When I go to http://www.amazon.com, I can log on using my user name, and my
password. I can also go up and down the page and look at all the products.

That's a good start. Look for a good introductory book on the use of
Access, such as _Access 200x Step By Step_. Buy it. Read it.

Asking someone such a broad and undefined question as "how do I make a
database" is more than a little bit presumptuous. We'll be glad to
help you with specific hurdles and problems... but telling you step by
step how to design and implement your particular database is well
beyond what is reasonable to ask of unpaid volunteers.
