Please help

I have a simple form that calculates cookie production and retail value.
Everytime I open the forms the formula fields show errors. I then delete and
re-type the first formula (=chocchipdz*6+chocchipea*.5) and boom! every
formula on the form is calulated correctly. The form is saved and I exit the
database. I load it again and Boom! every formula on the screen shows #name?
Please help.

That can sometimes occur if your field name is included in the calculation.
Renaming you should fix that.

OR try replacing your formula with the below...

=([chocchipdz]*6)+([chocchipea]*.5)

OR

Do you have any other calculations that are doing the same thing? Might be
a Reference issue, see
