Please help!

How can I get an automatic number whenever I open the spreadsheet(form)? For
example, I have a form using excel. When I open the form, it will give me a
new number. Let say, 100. When I close and open it next day or next time,
it will give me a number 101.

Can anyone help me? thanks.
