Hello,
For New's Year I had to do a full recovery of my Windows XP and reload all
programs, etc. I reloaded my Office 2003 and am trying to get my Outlook
back to "normal". I used to have a "New Item" Alert pop-up and sit on my
desktop until I closed it whenever a certain email came in (an order for a
product) and the email (from a particular account) would go into a special
folder marked "Orders" - it will also sound a "tada" - However, I can't get
it to work now. The emails won't display the "new item" popup window and it
won't move the email to the Orders folder. I REALLY need this for my
business or I'm likely to miss an order to process! Someone PLEASE help and
tell me what to do. I've had all the updates done since reloading it, but am
missing something I guess.
