Hi, RJ. Let me summarize... You have a mailing list from some unknown
source, in some unknown format, created with some unknown program. You're
using some version of Word to create labels using the mailmerge function. An
unknown font in the original mailing list is changing to another unknown font
either when you open the original mailing list in Word, or in the merged
results. You ran the suggested Knowledge Base macro on the original mailing
list or the main mailmerge document, but the macro only fixed the first label
instead of all of the labels. With so much information to go on, I'm going
to guess that you did not actually execute the mailmerge, but only previewed
it... you need to execute the mailmerge, and run the Knowledge Base macro on
the merged results. If this isn't the solution, then you're going to have to
provide MUCH MORE information.
