I think something is wrong. This person just keeps copying post after post
and submitting them under their name. Is their an administrator on duty?

Dear Joseph:

As these responses have been entirely to frequent to be real attempts to
respond. There were about 100 "responses" is about one hour. Rather, this
seems to be some malicious automated program that is posting huge numbers of
times, and it seems to be continuing.

It appears the responses are only to fairly recent postings. In recent
posts, they appear as responses to the original post. In older threads,
they appear as responses to more recent postings.

Unfortunately, there is no "administrator on duty".

While you may be accessing it through Microsoft's web interface (and even
though the name of the newsgroup includes Microsoft in it), it's actually an
unmoderated NNTP newsgroup that exists on numerous servers around the world.
i_takeuti is actually posting to it using Outlook Express, presumably from
somewhere in Japan.

This is not a moderated newsgroup; so no, there is no administrator on duty.

I've put i_takeuti in my killfile and sent an EMail to the address in the
headers (not that I'm very hopeful of that helping).

I assumed it was a bot, in a test that somehow went wrong. I
killfiled the address immediately.
