Could it be because Front Page comes with some flavors of MS Office?

Then a FrontPage newsgroup would be quite appropriate.

BTW, FP came with very few flavors of Office suites, years ago.

It's on both of my copies of Office 2000 and Office XP. Some versions of
03 have it but then MS discontinued Front Page and now has something
else, the name of which escapes me.

It would seem the OP would probably get more help on a Front Page
newsgroup like you suggest and if the OP were to provide more details.

No version of Office 2003 contained FrontPage.
