Use the File|New Blank Page menu.
At the top of the page, type the title of your menu. center it if you like.
Under that, add the menu items, any description of them you want, such as
the ingredients, nutritional information, etc., and at the right, you may
want to put the price for that item (unless of course, this is for a French
restaurant).
It may be helpful to use a table with either 2 or 3 columns (depending upon
whether, of course, this is a French restaurant or not.
