Can someone please test something for me?
Create a new InfoPath 2007 form. Allow to be opened by the browser.
Create 3 fields in a table side-by-side horizontally:
Name (text control)
Date (Date control)
Note (Text control)
Next, change the Main Submit function to email the form to yourself.
Now, publish the form to SharePoint, Activate it to a collection, and make
it accessable from a document library or some other method of opening it.
Open the form, fill it out, and submit it. You should receive the form as
an email.
Look at the form.
Is it rendered correctly?
If not, is it stretch too far horizontally?
It does not render correctly for me at all. The DATE control is the
culprit. When changing from the DATE control to a standard TEXT control, it
renders fine in the email.
What is wrong with the DATE control when rendering inside an email? Is this
a bug? How do I report it?
