Please wait while Microsoft outlook exit

Hi All,

Since upgrade service pack 4.0 (win2k). I have been
getting this error "please wait while Microsoft outlook
exit" when I exit Outlook.

I have tried;
- Uninstall/Reinstall Office 2000 and Outlook itself.

Aditional Info:
- Using Exchange server.
- Win2k PC
- AD
- WINs
- DSN on the network.

Any idea what causes Outlook to not completly exit out?
