Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits

Hi all,

I'm having trouble everytime I try to close Outlook 2000,
it hangs on the Please wait while Microsoft Outlook
exits. I have no COM Add-Ins or any other Outlook
Personal Folder Backup utility. I shut off my anti-virus
and blackberry utitility. I have a feeling it has
something to do with our Exchange server but what? I do
not have a problem when I log onto a machine with Outlook
2003. If anyone has any info, it would be much
appreciated. Thanks in advance

What version of Exchange?
There is a patch for Exchange 5.5 if you use Outlook 2003 against it.
