Plot many X-Y points with each being labeled with an ID

Need to do this for about 200+ points, so entering each as a separate series
isn't feasible, but that seems to be the only way to do this.

You can use Rob Bovey's XY Chart Labeler to add labels. It's a free
add-in that you can download from his web site:
