Plug-in for powerpoint in C#

Hello,
I am trying to write a plug-in for powerpoint in C#. I am, then, planning to
write a library for performing certain functions during a presentation. Can I
create a dll and plug it in? Which would be the simplest way in which I can
do this?

Any kind of help/suggestions/feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You can create a COM add-in for PowerPoint version 2000 and later.
MSDN offers several examples using C#.

Hi again,
I was searching on MSDN for a couple of days before my last reply, as you
had suggested. Was a little confused.

You suggested that I should create a COM add-in. Does it mean that I write a
DLL and register it for COM interface? If possible, can you please send me a
link/example of an MSDN library, as this is my first attempt in writing a c#
plug-in.

Thanks.

Regards,
Dimple.
