1. how to introduce a level between superior & subordinate, if such a
position is created in the organisation?
2. How to show subordinates at different levels, to a single person, e.g.
some exec directors reporting to the Chairperson, but also 2 senior managers

SBU, as well as to the functional head at the corporate home office
