Hello guys,
I need help.
Some of our PM can’t assign certain resources to their projects. When they
open Enterprise Resource Pool the resources’ names are sometimes visible but
they are in grey colour, or they can’t see the resource at all. I, the system
administrator, have to add the resources to their plans. Once they are added
to the pool the PMs can than allocate them to individual tasks in their
plans.
Is this something to do with RBS and MY ORGANIZATION? I need to create new
RBS structure and I don’t want to put PMs on the top in order for them to be
able to assign resources to their plans. Most of our PM’s are only at the
team member level. They report to team leads but they still need to be able
to assign the leads and other managers to their plans.
