PM can't save project

I have a single Project Manager that can't open his own project read/write,
so then he of course can't save his changes. This also prevents him from
accepting updates through PWA. He was able to do this in the past.

I have checked his permission levels and he is definitely thi owner of the
project.

Anyone have any ideas why this could happen?

Marcus --

Is his project stuck in checked out state? If so, check it back in by doing
the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Manage enterprise features link
4. Click the Check in enterprise projects link in the sidepane
5. Select the checked out project in the data grid and click the Check-In
button

Let us know if this solves the problem.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I already looked at that and that
doesn't seem to be the problem.

Have you included this particular project manager in a Group other than the
Project Managers group? If so, does that Group contain a Category in which
you have set the Open Project and Save Project permissions to Deny? Let us
know.
