pocket outlook 3.1 reinstall ??

i am using pocket outlook 3.1 on an intermec 6651 tablet pc with H/PC 2000

today the pocket outlook 3.1 started malfunctioning

it no longer displays active tasks in day view
no longer displays times in day view
no longer displays week view

i am wondering if there is a way to reinstall this program... i cannot
locate a download at microsoft.com

any assistance would be appreciated.
