Pocket PC excel functions

Pocket PC 2003 does not appear to have all the Excel 2003
functions, specifically normsdist()... Does anyone know
how I can get that function onto my pocket PC? thanks...

Have you a list of the functions supported by the Pocket PC I'd like
to add annotations to that effect to my Function lists.
