I'm wondering what pocket PC software would be needed to be downloaded to
allow integration between them and Outlooks business contact manager?
How much does this software cost?

That software is free from Microsoft for BCM 2007. See the article under

Jen,
I installed Pocket Mirror Pro v.2.2.2 from Chapura. It was flawless and
syncs BCM Contacts as well as Outlook Contacts, plus some other files and
programs. The customer support is also excellent. Retails about $50 and I
got a discount as a repeat customer, even tho my previous purchase was over 5
years ago.
