PoerPoint viewer can't read

H

helen_ramsay

A friend sent me a PP slide show and when I tried to open it a Window
pops up reading ; Memory is nearly full.

When I close it there is another Window which reads;
PowerPoint viewer can't read
C:DOCUMEN~\HELENR~\LOCALS~\TEMP\T1

I tried opening other powerpoint slides which are much bigger than the
one in question and I have no problems with them.

Any ideas why this one won't work?

Which version of the PowerPoint viewer are you using? Did you save the
PowerPoint attachment? Or are your trying to open it inside your mail
reader?

You probably need to download and install the 2003 viewer. If the person
sending the presentation has incorporated any of the 2003 security features,
your not going to be able to open them with your current viewer. You can
download the latest PowerPoint viewer here http://tinyurl.com/3nend
