Hi

You can use 'package for cd' to include the viewer. You don't actually need
to burn it to a CD, as there is a command to package to a folder which you
can then put on a usb/zip & e-mail, etc:

Hi Lynn

No need to shout :). I would suggest adding a link on your site to the MS
page where people can download the viewer - the 2007 viewer is a large file
and people who don't need it might not appreciate that. Or a website
installing software on their computer... An alternative would be to convert
it to a different file type, such as a wmv or flash file.

As this is not possible, you might want to convert the slideshow to PDF.
PDF is one of the generally accepted Web formats that nowadays can be
assumed that people can open, whereas PPT or PPS are not.

Of course, you need a PDF printer application to do the conversation.

D'oh! Can't believe I didn't think of pdf. And I'm normally such the
'easiest route possible' gal :). Thanks Matti
