Pointing emails in the right direction

We have 2 laptops and 1 pc all running MS Windows XP and
Outlook 2000 on a simple network sharing 1 ISDN
connection through the PC. At the moment if one person on
the network goes online to download their email , they
get all the email for the network , even though each
machine's Outlook only contains the email account for
that user. How do I ensure that when a user does
Send/Receive they only get the email addressed to
them.Thanks.

What type of mailbox is this? Is this 1 mailbox with 3 e-mailaddresses or
are these 3 completely differnent mailboxes?

We have one mailbox provided by our ISP with 3 email
addresses using the one pop3 mailbox.

Does that make sense.

Thanks

Make sense indeed. I wrote an "About" on aliases which is on my site
www.sparnaaij.net FAQ section-> About mailboxes, addresses and aliases

That should answer your question and if not; post back and I'll adjust the
article.

Hope this helps!
