Polish Document

Hi guys,

I am using a OS 9.1 Power Mac with the Office 2001 suite installed.

I have been supplied with a PC Word document containing Polish text. When I
open it on the Mac, loads of accents and characters fail to appear. I
realise that it's an encoding issue, but short of manually adding the
characters, is there anything I can do?

Ask them to save their Word documents (on the PC!) in Rich Text
Format (RTF).
When I
open it on the Mac, loads of accents and characters fail to appear. I

Use http://hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu/cgi-bin/NewSearch?key=convert+rtf
(on the Mac) to convert RTF files to Macintosh format.
