I need some help how can I get a scripts for creating question and answer
then get the visit answer by email to my email.

to email

Best thing for you will probably be to use the help file...

Insert >Form >Form

will create a form for you.
Inside of there you can put in whatever qustions you want,
and can have them as:
multiple choice (>Insert >Form >Drop Down or >radio button
yes/no (>Insert >Form >Check Box)
fill in the blank (>Insert Form >One line text box or

scrolling text box)

After you have all of that in there, Right click in the
form and go through the properties to tell it to send you an
email. This ez method of email does require the FPSE to be
installed on the server and for email transport to be set up

Or easier to use File New Page - more page templates and select the Forms Wizard to build your form
