POP 3 account disappearing

I have an interesting problem...

My mother keeps losing a pop3 email account that I have configured for her 3
times in the last week. Does Outlook have a limitation on the number of
accouts? Any ideas on what I can do to look at the issue. I was thinking of
using the .pst repair tool.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

She must be removing it somehow. Have her document everything she does on
the PC between the time you create it and it "disappears".
