I've had to reinstall my Office 2000 on a new computer because of a hard disk
failure. After I reinstalled Office, I've got a few quirks that I can't
figure out. I've got about POP3 email accounts in Outlook and the passwords
for these accounts is never saved. It doesn't even show up in the field if I
move to a different tab. The account will log in until I reboot, then it
prompts me to re-enter the password. I enter the new password, check the box
for "Remember password" and it is okay until the computer is rebooted.
