pop-server error on send

squidfoot

get error "send 1 message using pop-server.austin.rr.com" but no other
details. Then it sends it twice but is still in my Outbox and nothing in
sent items box, yet it will keep sending unless I delete it from outbox.
Using 2004 express I think. Any ideas?
