When I am opening my Access Database 2003 it promts me for my user name and
password wich is normal and then a "Security Warming" pop ups and asks me
"This file may not be safe if it contains code that was intended to harm your
computer. Do you want to open this file or cancel the operation." I have been
just ignoring it and clicking the open button but i figurd i might as well
ask in case it is something bad.

The security warning is caused by the security settings for Office (Tools >
Macro > Security). If you made the database there probably is no code
intended to harm the computer, unless you added something by accident (which
is unlikely). In the world of Microsoft Office security settings, all code
is potentially harmful. The Security settings do not analyze the code.
