I don't know of any pop-up calendar feature. Can you describe what you're thinking of?

I am sorry Sue, I know nothing either. We were working
with the Office Resource Kit and came accross some options
in Outlook XP that we were not familiar with and this was
one of them. Thank you for your quick response.
