POP-UP FOR Office Communicator 2007

Office Communicator 2007 - I need POP-UP a window to the front on your desktop
when someone tries to contact me. Is this functionality available in
Communicator? Right now, it just sounds and blinks at the bottom of my
screen. Or is there an add-in for such a feature?

Roger I am also looking for this functionality from the communicator client.
I've had very little luck finding anything online for enabling this and this
is starting to become a make or break feature for us to rollout the product.

I'm guessing the only way to accomplish this is to develop our own API but
this isn't desirable for us.

Microsoft, are there any plans to add this as a turn on/off feature in OCS?
Do you have anything already developed?
