I have numerous selections that can be either good or bad. If bad, I am
wanting a pop-up form to appear and the user to be able to type pertinent
information regarding whatever was selected in the original form. The trick,
however, is I am wanting the pop up to be dynamic so I don't have to creat
150 separate forms for every selection type.
ex.
1. User selects room temperature as "Bad"
2. Pop-up form opens asking for more information and has a text box
regarding temperature.
3. User selects room security as "Bad"
4. Same form as before pops up but this time asking for information
regarding room security.
