pop ups

My old computer has windows xp and somehow an antispyware program got
installed I belive I got rid of the prgram but there is an annoying pop that
I can not get rid of it is from anti-spyware master , the pop up is to
upgrade to their premium program I just want to get rid of the pop up and
have tried everything I can think of and still no luck ,can anyone help me
please.
