pop3 mail getting dropped on the floor

we are using Outlook and Exchange 2003. We have a new email domain, moved
from a .com to a .co.za. Mail is getting delivered to recipients. Mail is
getting picked up from POP3 mailbox by Exchange server but not getting
delivered to Exchange mailboxes.

Could someone help?

to the Internet like a real email server:
