POP3 mail

I set up my account and when I click the "Test Account Settings..." I get :
Establish network connection completed
find outgoing mail server (SMTP) failed
find incoming mail server (POP#) failed


I know it has to be some setting that I am missing I just can't find it

Hi, (don't know if you've fixed this by now ?)

In your Outlook, Tools / Email Accounts (View/Change), what settings do you
have for Server Info e.g. pop.xxx.com and smtp.xxx.com or mail.xxx.com etc ?
Presumably they're not right - can you confirm them ?
