pop3/smtp stop working after SP2

Hi,
i have installed SP2 for outlook and i get error message
when i try to connect to POP3/SMTP services.
when manualy telneting to the services (telnet xxx 110/25)
all works fine, after removing office and reinstalling (no
SP2) it works
reinstalled SP2, stopped working again.

any idea what is wrong with my office?

What version of Outlook are you using? Note: this group does not support

Hi,
I'm using outlook 2002, i verifyed the problem does not exist with my
colegues, I have no idea where this problem came from so I gavr up for
now and I work without SP2 and latest patches till i can resolve this
problem.
