My Outlook has stop taklking to our pop3 server. I can
telnet the server so I sure the connections is there. What
could have changed and which fiel might be corrupt?

Do you have any proxies inline with your e-mail client, like anti-virus,
spam, firewall, or other proxies? When you telnet, you won't be going
through those proxies. What exact error message appears when the
connect fails? Have you turned on transport logging and reviewed the
logfile to see if you do connect to your POP3 server using your e-mail
client?
