popmail on the hard drive?

where does your popmail get stored on the hard drive? I am trying to
transfer my emails to a new hard drive using a usb tool that makes my old HD
act as an addtl. drive on the new HD.

Trouble is Im getting an error msg - error loading gdi.exe file reinstall
windows- when I try to start the old HD so this is my only option I am aware
of. That's why I cant export the emails on old HD.

Im dying here, I need those emails for a lawsuit I am involved in. Any
thoughts on fixing any of this would be helpful.
