Populate outer row fields in a pivot table

As the pivot table help file says: "Items in the
outermost row field are displayed only once".

Can this be changed to show the field items every single
time, similar to what happens when you do a crosstab
query in Access?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The row headings show once in a Pivot Table, and there's no setting you
can change, to force them to repeat.

To print the table with a heading on each row, you can create a copy of
the table, and fill the blanks:
