I would think that maybe it thinks you have a PST set up for drive x (x
being the drive it is trying to access)
Look in CONTROL PANEL-> Mail Setup -> Outlook Datafiles. do any of these
entries referance to a drive that is not available(your floppy/REMOVABLE/ a
drive that has been removed, or drive letter changed) when you start
Outlook?
