Porject Server 2003 and resources 'group'

S

Simona Cioroianu

Hello,

We are running Project Server 2003.
I am refering at the web interface. I've created a resource view in which I am grouping by 'Group' - which Group can be: Writer, Developer, Designer, etc.
We did clean it up using the Enterprise Reousrce Pooling - from teh desktop version of Project .
The problem is that even if it is updated there, on the Resource View the Group values are the old one and the one ones don't show up.
I am trying to figure out from where is taking those old values. Seems like somehwere something was not updated.
I even went in SQL and I've edited the values in MSP_TEXT_FIELDS - in this table, which is a lookup table. So, even if I've changed there and updated the Resoruce Cube still the old values are showing up, which I don't know from where are they coming.
Please, if anybody know the answer to this, please let me know.

Thanks, Simona

The fields found in the Group column are found on the Resource Sheet view
when you have the Enterprise Resource Pool open. These values are typed by
hand, and are not derived from a value list or lookup table. Are you sure
you mean the Group field and not a custom field you folks have created? Let
us know.
