port outlook to another PC

i'm going to be in another office for a few weeks and want to take
outlook with me. what's the easiest way to take a copy off my currect
desktop and install it on another?

ps and then copy it, bring it back, and overwrite on original pc.

(using windows xp pro with outlook 2003)

You can't take the Outlook application with you. That would be illegal.
You can, however, take the data and use it on another PC if that PC has it
installed. See this:
