Port Settings for Remote Host

How do I change port settings for Front Page web site access to remote host
without changing internet explorer settings ?

"Help" suggests checking the [Use Passive FTP] box. This doesn't seem to
give the ability to change the remote host port settings.

For security reasons our web site host only allows us access to our site
through an alternative port number. I am told that this number is normally
assumed to be port 30. CuteFTP allows the port number to be changed easily
and I can update the site using this cheap utility, the same functionality in
FrontPage isn't evident, but I would prefer to keep the web management
function all within the one package.
