Portal Server 2003 Configuration

I have an existing SharePoint Portal Server 2003 installation and I would
like to set up Project Server 2003 to work with that for document management
etc. Given the fact that Sharepoint Services are already installed on the
portal server I can not use the regular installation documentation for
Sharepoint Services that comes with Project Server 2003. Can anyone point me
to documentation that describes configuring Project Server 2003 to work with
an existing installation of Sharepoint Portal Server 2003?
