Portfolio Analyzer: Actual Work for certain projects not showing

Hi. Running Project Pro & Server 2003

We have resources using web access to update. PM's are accepting all
new updates each Monday for all projects. However, after the next
successful cube rebuild that night, we have about 4 of 80 projects
where both Actual Work or AW Protected are not showing in Portfolio
Analyzer either at all or partially for certain resources. The data
shows as updated in Web Access and Project Pro correctly. Any insight
or suggestions are appreciated.
