Portfolio Analyzer and Security Permissions

Hello, we are using MSP 2003 Server. I have several files on our production
server that I need to block from being available in Portfolio Analyzer. The
goal is to have them not be seen even as an option, as opposed to unchecking
them. Can this be done through security permissions?

Thanks,

dc

Hi DC,

The Portfolio Analzer security the way you would like to manage it is not
managed in Project Server, but in Analysis Server. Within Analysis Server you
have the ability to hide Dimensions and Elements in Dimonsion ( E.g. Projects
in Project Lists). This is the only way how you can ensure that no one is
able to see the projects in Portfolio Analyser.
I hope this helps
