Portfolio Analyzer Date selections will not allow edit

I'm trying to use the Portfolio Analyzer for resource usage. I select the
project and the check boxes for the years and months will not allow me to
change it. The checkmarks are on 2004 and will not let me uncheck and select
2006. The OLAP cube is running daily. Why can't I change the checkboxes to
the date I want to analyze?
